Central location, beautiful park walkway, friendly staff, good variety for breakfast, spacious room.

Lovely boutique style hotel. The location was perfect and the restaurant food was excellent.

Very little English spoken by reception. Whilst breakfast was quite reasonable, there was no toaster, and only one type of white sandwich bread available - no croissants or rolls. Would not consider this hotel 4 star - no coffee and tea facilities in the room and only available in coffee shop (had to pay). The room curtains did not keep the light out and because of the street lights it was almost daylight all night even though the curtains were closed. Hard to get to sleep. Airconditioning was not very efficient.

Very authentic historical building, in the very heart of Rostov - located on the very first (!) street of the city. Convenient location - in the middle of everything, right next to the Voroshilovsky bridge connecting historical part of the city and the famous 'Left bank of the Don' (where all main restaurants are located). The Don river is just 500 meters away, hence there's always nice and fresh breeze near the hotel, very fresh air.

I loved the hotel's location as it was very close to the center of this city and transportation was not a problem. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive and the breakfast had a good variety. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch.

Some rooms also have nice views of the river. The hotel has security cameras and free Wi-Fi facilities available.

We stayed at this place for three days and it was absolutely perfect. The location was central, making it easy for us to walk to parks, museums, and shopping. Plus, there was a beautiful park walk-way along the river nearby with great restaurants. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and they all spoke English very well. We especially loved the room decor, which was tastefully done and created a cozy atmosphere. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed including a mini-bar and in-room safe.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I had a great city break and found a comfy and clean room, with working AC and spotless laundry service. The location was perfect, being central and close to the city parks, shops, and museums. The breakfast spread was good, with fresh eggs cooked a la carte and healthy fruit juices.

Great central location next to main attractions, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were spotlessly clean and looked good with comfortable beds. The breakfast options included a wide variety of dishes, and the coffee was great. , the free Wi-Fi is a bonus.

The noise from outside could be heard in the morning, but it was not terrible. The rate, although still fair, could have been a bit lower for the season.
